When you submit the enquiry form: your name, the contact detail you give us, an optional link to your store, and whatever you write in the message field.

Server logs may record your IP address, browser and the time of the request. They are produced by the host, deleted on the host's schedule, and we do not analyze them.

To answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you separately ask to hear from us.

Enquiries are deleted one week after they reach us.

If an enquiry turns into work, the details move into the contract records and follow those retention rules instead.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the address above.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority. For the controller that is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Bern; if you are resident in the EU, you may also go to the authority where you live.
